David L. McLean,
Founder, CEO

David has over thirty years in senior leadership roles within sales management, marketing, manufacturing and technology. An alumni of Microsoft and Amazon.com, David functioned as the LEAN Supply Chain improvement “subject matter expert” for Amazon Retail teams, served as Operations Manager for Amazon Warehouse Deals, and coordinated the Project Office across Amazon Transportation, Supply Chain, and Retail teams as part of Amazon’s overall Vendor supply chain improvement effort.

David holds an MBA in technology management.


Corprew Reed,
Co-Founder, CTO

Corprew is a technology leader with more than 20 years experience at startups and in a variety of industries. Through managing teams and individual contributions, he has built and maintained successful teams and products.

Corprew attended the College of Library and Information Science at the University of Chicago.

Scott Panno,
Co-Founder, Principal Analyst

Scott has over 14 years of eCommerce marketing experience. He spent six years at Amazon.com as a Senior Marketing Manager in the Home & Garden group. Scott’s specialties include product launches, search engine optimization, email marketing, and site metrics analysis. Over the years he has helped dozens of companies, large and small, to optimize their on-site marketing.

Scott holds an MBA in process.


Kathy McLean,
Co-Founder, COO/CFO

Kathy has over 25 years experience in senior leadership, formal project management, operational oversight, and financial management for corporations and non-profits. She has significant experience with search optimization within the Amazon A9 search engine. Kathy manages operations, finance, and item setup workflows for LEAN Channel Management.

Kathy holds a BA in Design.


Jori Hayner,
Director, Product & Customer Success

Jori has over 20 years of experience in business management and consulting for the world's largest companies and law firms. She specializes in data analysis, financial planning and modeling, optimizing operations, developing leadership, and expanding organizational capacity in high growth companies. Jori is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is passionate about creating processes to ensure client needs are met quickly and effectively.

Jori holds a BA in Economics and Government.


Gabriella Neske,
Senior Analyst

Gabriella is an accomplished senior leader with over 15 years in project management and the eCommerce world inside the walls of Amazon, Nordstrom, and Groupon. She has extensive experience in creating innovative solutions for brands such as the NFL, MLB, and the NHL. She helped drive the inception of Groupon Goods Canada, setting up the platform to deal with cross-border trade issues, logistics, P&L targets, and financial tools for teams to assess their businesses. She is data driven and analytical leader with a passion for creating unique strategies that drive results in merchandising and customer activation; ultimately intersecting top brands, site experience, and customers together.

Gabriella holds a BSCE in Civil Engineering.


Agen Schmitz,
Lead Content Manager

Agen has over 17 years of eCommerce content and marketing experience. After three years as Senior Editor with the Amazon.com Electronics Store, he started a freelance business to provide rich product content, blog posts, and targeted buying guides to support a wide range of Amazon groups. He also consulted on development of the Amazon self-service A+ tool.

Agen holds a BA in American Studies.


Erik Peters,
Advertising Manager

Erik has a range of investigative, research, and data recovery experience in the Environmental Services sector, which he now applies to eCommerce data analysis and tool development. He focuses on AMS advertising monitoring, analysis, and tuning over the life of campaigns. He continues in various other capacities as a volunteer coordinator and daily operations lead respectively for two large outdoor festivals.

Erik holds BAs in Anthropology/Archaeology and History.
